John Darnielle ו'עזי ההרים' חוזרים באלבום חדש. הפתיחה היא כתרועה תאטרלית, השירים יותר דחוסים, השירה חיונית ומלאת דחיפות. גיטרות מתקיפות כמעט מכל כיוון אפשרי (למעט אתנחתות פה ושם). 

למרות כל זה השירים המרגשים באמת הם אלו עם ההפקה המינימליסטית- שם הגיטרות האקוסטיות לוקחות פיקוד וקולו המחוספס והמלנכולי של Darnielle מתבלט ומלטף יחד עם המילים שלא מפסיקות לרגש כל פעם מחדש.

הוא לא מהקליטים באלבומים של העיזים אבל אין ספק שלפרקים הוא חודר במהירות ללב והמילים מרתקות כמו תמיד. מהאזנה ראשונה נראה שהשירים החזקים באלבום הם: For Charles Bronson (מילים מצורפות בסוף הפוסט) ו-High Hawk Season.
